Sourced from some of the oldest Pinot Gris vines in Ontario, this is deftly balanced and fairly brimming with succulent fruit flavour held in check with excellent moderating acidity. Aromas and flavours of pear, apple and honeyed yellow plum abound. Medium weight and generously textured, it’s one delectable wine sipped on its own with the oomph to pair well with lightly herbed and spiced chicken, pork or veal.
