Pear, lemon citrus and apple aromas introduce a laser-like, bracing stream of lemon-lime juxtaposed with riper, sweeter notes of ripe apple and lemon chiffon pie on the palate. It’s medium bodied, crisp and clean. The finish dishes up a mouthful of lip-smacking tang. Pours well with pan-seared fish under a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or with baked ham. (Vic Harradine)
