Not your garden variety Sauvignon Blanc, it’s a limited-production gem—only 8 barrels produced—that was barrel fermented followed by some oak aging with 10 months spent on its lees. Spice and citrus, toasty and flinty on the nose, this coats the palate with spice-laden stream of ripe juicy tropical fruit, tangy lemon and grapefruit pith.
